Health Education for Life

C.H.E.F.® has developed three outstanding early childhood programs geared toward promoting the early learning, school readiness, and healthy development of young children.

Our innovative, accessible programs incorporate the latest child-development research and provide a vital connection between health education practitioners, early childhood professionals, and families.

Topic-Driven Training Materials for Your Early Childhood Staff
C.H.E.F. offers three easy-to-use options for your training or continuing education needs: the Calming Ourselves in Stressful Moments™ program, the Social Beginnings® program, and the Healthy Beginnings™ program.

  • Healthy Beginnings Nurtures Children's Developing Minds
The Healthy Beginnings program is for early childhood professionals who recognize the value of applying early brain research and caregiving strategies to nurture social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children. (Prenatal-Age 5)
