Healthy Aging PartnershipTM

Developed as a program of C.H.E.F. designed to help eliminate health inequities by making it easier for people to move more and eat healthily, the Healthy Aging Partnership™ is a coalition of more then thirty nonprofit, government, and community organizations dedicated to helping older adults live longer, healthier lives.

At the core of the Healthy Aging Partnership is its mission is to promote healthy aging through community partnerships, and its vision to be a supportive community that provides information and resources and fosters healthy choices for all people as they age.

By providing a forum for collaboration among partner agencies in King and Pierce counties, HAP helps organizations better meet their missions of serving older adults and caregivers. Along with offering opportunities for improved communication and coordination of programs and services, joint projects make effective use of partners’ insights, talents, and resources.
