- Healthy Aging Partnership™ (HAP)
HAP is a coalition of local agencies dedicated to the health and well-being of older adults in the Puget Sound region. HAP sponsors the 1-888-4ELDERS (1-888-435-3377) information line and the companion website, www.4elders.org.
- Rx for Communication®
Rx for Communication is a program designed to help older adults communicate more effectively with their doctors and pharmacists.
- Washington Alliance for Healthy Aging (WAHA)
WAHA is a statewide coalition of professionals working to improve the health of older adults living in Washington state.
